When should I RSVP?
The cut off for RSVPs is 31 January 2025. We would love to have you there, but if you know in advance that you won't be able to make it, please let us know and we can extend your invite to someone else.
What is the dress code?
Beach formal attire. Bali will be hot and the venue has an indoor-outdoor flow, so please come dressed up in something you will still be comfortable in for the heat. Colour is encouraged, but we ask that ladies kindly avoid white or cream. There will be grass at the venue, so keep that in mind for footwear options.
Where are the ceremony and reception?
The ceremony and reception will be haled at the same venue (Banana Lounge in Bali).
Will there be food and drink?
There will be canapes and dinner provided, along with an open bar serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
How do we get to and from the venue?
We would recommend getting a taxi from your accomodation to the venue, which is very afforable in Bali. Taxis can be called to take guests home at the end of the night.
Where should I stay?
There are a number of accommodation options in the area - we have set these out [insert link to page]. Anywhere in Bingan Beach or Uluwatu would be a close option.
Can I take photos during the ceremony and reception?
We are having an unplugged ceremony (that is, we ask that you kindly put your phones away and enjoy a special moment with us for the ceremony itself). Our photographers will be there to capture everything. Once we have officially tied the knot, you are welcome to snap away to your heart's content.
Can I bring a plus one?
Your invite is for those named on the invite only. Where we have allocated a plus 1 this will be stated clearly on your invite. We have limited capacity so please do not bring additional guests without speaking to us first.
Can I bring my children / is the venue child-friendly?
We have included children on invites where relevant. If you have kids that we have not directly addressed, please let us know as soon as possible. Once we are aware of them, your kids are welcome to attend, but please note that there will be alcohol - and we bear no responsibility for anything naughty said in the groomsmen's speeches! Please also note that the venue has a pool that is unfenced, so we ask that you watch your children carefully at all times. Please do let us know when you RSVP whether your child will attend the ceremony and/or reception, so that we can advise our vendors.
Is there a gift registry?
It is a big ask for our friends and family to travel to join us on our special day, and seeing everyone enjoy themselves together is the only gift we ask for. If you are looking to give us something, please note that we will be flying back to London and have limited room in our luggage, and as such, contributions to our honeymoon fund would be very welcomed in lieu of a physical gift.
What time should I arrive?
TBC
What time should I go home?
The festivities will finish at 10pm. However, for those looking to continue the party, there is a wine bar close by for which we can provide details.
What if I have dietary requirements?
Please advise us of any dietary requirements when you RSVP, so that we can ensure these are catered for.
Where can I find updates/more information?
We will keep this website updated once further details are finalised.
